This was the Supreme Court ruling from the Justices in Bruesewitz v. Wyeth LLC, stating “Vaccines are Unavoidably Unsafe". However, these Unavoidably Unsafe products are MANDATED by the government for ALL children to attend school.
What madness is this? Parents have absolutely NO INFORMED CONSENT about these injections that they are mandated by the government for their children.
And because of this Supreme Court ruling in 2011, the pharmaceutical industry is shielded from ALL LIABILITY of any harm and/or death these injections may cause.
The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 is not only Unlawful, Unconstitutional, Criminal, it also goes against the Nuremberg Code of Ethics, because there is no informed consent.
Parents are clueless of the risk to their children, and they are also clueless that the pharmaceutical companies are shielded from all liability. They are unaware that it is the taxpayers who take on the liability if by the slim chance a family wins in the National Vaccine Court.
The original safeguards to the public that were built into the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, were done away with in this 2011 Supreme Court ruling.
Those safeguards were protecting the public from fraud, maintaining an accurate account of harm/death, and making sure the product was as safe as possible. The pharmaceutical industry has NO INCENTIVE to even try to uphold these protections.
In 1986 the CDC childhood vaccines schedule was 24 doses from birth to 18 years old. Now the CDC childhood vaccine schedule starts before a child is born, by injecting pregnant mothers. Before birth to 18 years old is now over 74 doses.
I am 61 years old and perfectly healthy. I may have had 2 or 3 vaccines my entire life. How about you and your grandparents, how many vaccines did they have?
These injections contain heavy metals like Aluminum, which can cause brain damage. A newborn baby is injected with 250 micrograms of Aluminum regardless of the baby’s weight. By the time a baby is 18 months old they will have had 3000 to 5000 micrograms of Aluminum infected into them. Why are they injecting our babies with Aluminum? This continues until they are18 years old on the CDC childhood vaccine schedule.
Dr. Paul Thomas and other pediatricians have done independent studies of their patients and have proven that children who are completely Unvaccinated are FAR HEALTHIER than children who are vaccinated. The CDC refuses to do this study!
It is up to us, the people, to share this with everyone and especially with parents with young children. We must educate the public! The government is the reason for this Great deception. Therefore, there is no politician or government official that will protect us from this Crime Against Humanity. We the People MUST put a STOP to this MADNESS!
