Why Am I The Only Person Speaking TRUTH About The 1986 Act?
Why am I the only person in the Health Freedom movement telling people the TRUTH about the federal law, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, also known as the 1986 Act. I am the only person speaking the TRUTH about this federal law and the truth about the Supreme Court ruling in 2011.
I am organizing vaccine injured families to pursue Class Action lawsuits against the federal and state governments. I have over 500 vaccine injured families already signed on to this mission with me. The widely misconception is that the 1986 Act gives Big Pharma the license to kill with vaccines. That is absolutely not true. The 1986 Act was meant to protect children, not harm them. However, the government has twisted it and has been breaking this law for 40 years.
The government has been granting liability protection illegally to Big Pharma. There are many stipulations and safety provisions in that law that vaccine manufactures are to do to earn liability protection. Nevertheless, vaccine manufacturers have never done any of those safety provisions and stipulations. Therefore, Big Pharma has never legally earned liability protection.
In two official legal documents, the government refers to all vaccines as UNSAFE. In the 1986 Act and in the Supreme Court ruling in 2011. How can the government mandate products they themselves say are UNSAFE? That is Unconstitutional, Unjust and Immoral. Why am I the only person in the Health Freedom movement pointing this out? I would think the entire Health Freedom movement would be sharing this information like wildfire.
MAHA has done nothing but disappoint its supporters. Everyone that voted for MAHA thinking that RFK Jr. as HHS would actually move this nation in the direction of true Health Freedom. Health Freedom starts with not mandating vaccines by the mere virtue that the government states that they are UNSAFE. There are no documents, medical or legal, that state that vaccines are safe and effective.
What is happening right now with MAHA is a great WIN for us. MAHA is letting down their supporters Big Time. I have been calling out the hypocrisy with MAHA since its beginning. First off, you cannot MAKE anyone healthy. Living a healthy lifestyle is a FREE WILL choice. All we can do is educate the public about making healthier choices. We cannot force anyone to eat healthy. Perfect example is smoking. We are all aware that smoking is not good for our health, however, there are still many people that choose to smoke regardless of the health consequences. That is the exact same thing about food or any healthy lifestyle choice, it’s a choice.
I am doing something that no one else is doing. I am organizing a grassroots movement of vaccine injured families. I am not trying to get political support from a government that is clearly corrupt and criminal. The same goes for the court system. Our mission is to win in the court of public opinion. Once this information about the LAW becomes public knowledge, no parent will ever vaccinate their child again. Imagine 80% of parents refusing to vaccinate their children. That’s a WIN, and ‘Game Over’ for the corrupt and criminal government. We have all the power, we must stop giving it away.
