Two Historic Class Action Lawsuits You Can Join

If you or a family member has been injured by a vaccine, you can join in on Class Action lawsuits against your state and the federal government. The most important thing is that people know that the legal and official statement about vaccines by the US Government is that ALL Vaccines are Unsafe! This is stated in the federal law, the National Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 Act and also in a Supreme Court ruling in 2011. States are mandating Unsafe products for school attendance which is illegal and Unconditional.

When that becomes public knowledge, Game Over for all vaccine mandates in every state. There has never been a better time to get this done. Vaccines are now in the mainstream News and Governor Ron DeSantis and Dr. Joseph Ladapo, the Surgeon General of Florida, both stated that they want to get rid of ALL vaccine mandates in their state.

Class Action Lawsuit - 1

The Federal law and a Supreme Court ruling declare ALL vaccines to be Unsafe products. This is a FACT that most people do not know. Because the government has declared ALL vaccines Unsafe, it is illegal and Unconstitutional to mandate Unsafe products for school attendance.

We will bring a Class Action lawsuit against each state for mandating unsafe products for children to attend school. We will find a family in each state to sign on to the class action lawsuit.

Class Action Lawsuit - 2

The 1986 Act stipulates many safety provisions that pharmaceutical manufacturers have to provide before receiving liability protection from vaccine injuries. In 39 years, the pharmaceutical manufacturers have never complied with any of the stipulations written into the 1986 Act. Therefore, the federal government has been granting liability protection to Big Pharma illegally for 39 years.

We will bring a Class Action lawsuit against the federal government for giving liability protection to Big Pharma when Big Pharma has never earned liability protection.

I am already in contact with many families all over the country that are interested in being a part of these Class Action lawsuits. In mass numbers the injured families will join together and put an end to this madness of vaccine mandates​. Now is the perfect time for these class action lawsuits.
