The Federal law and a Supreme Court ruling declare ALL vaccines to be Unsafe products. This is a FACT that most people do not know. Because the government has declared ALL vaccines Unsafe, it is illegal and Unconstitutional to mandate Unsafe products for school attendance. Families of the vaccine injured are bringing a Class Action lawsuit against each state for mandating Unsafe products for children to attend school. We have families in each state to sign on to this class action lawsuit.

The 1986 Act stipulates many safety provisions that pharmaceutical manufacturers have to provide before receiving liability protection from vaccine injuries. In 39 years, the pharmaceutical manufacturers have never complied with any of the stipulations written in the 1986 Act. Therefore, the federal government has been granting liability protection to Big Pharma illegally for 39 years. Families of the vaccine injured will bring a Class Action lawsuit against the federal government for giving liability protection to Big Pharma when Big Pharma has never earned liability protection.

These Class Action lawsuits are all about the Law, not science or medical proof of anything. Science lies all the time, and the court system is completely corrupt when it comes to vaccine injuries. Therefore, we are NOT going that route. We are sticking with the letter of the Law, that cannot be disputed.

Hundreds of families want to join these Class Action lawsuits and a Constitutional Law attorney is working with us. We are just getting started, there will be 1000s of families on board. I have been told by several independent journalists that this is ‘Powerful Information’, ‘A Game Changer’, and a well-known person in the Freedom movement said this is an ‘Excellent Move’.

We are going to keep it simple. All 50 states’ governments are breaking the law. The US Government’s official and legal declaration on vaccines is that ALL Vaccines are Unsafe. Therefore, no Unsafe product can be mandated. However, all 50 states’ governments are mandating vaccines for school attendance. This is illegal and Unconstitutional.

Secondly, the Federal government has been granting liability protection illegally to Big Pharma for 39 years. The pharmaceutical manufacturers have a list of stipulations and safety provisions that they MUST do first before receiving liability protection from vaccine injuries and deaths. However, Big Pharma has NEVER done any of those stipulations or safety provisions. Therefore, they have been granted liability protection illegally for 39 years. This must stop!

Most people do not know this Truth! Even many attorneys are shocked to learn this TRUTH! We have a solid case of the states’ government and the federal government breaking the Law. Imagine how shocked the general public will be when they learn the Truth. That is a big part of our case is getting this information out to the public. Public awareness will do the work for us.

This is a grassroots movement, driven by the families that have been injured and harmed by vaccines. We are already making great progress and NOW is the perfect time because the issue of vaccines is mainstream News and the Governor and Surgeon General of Florida announced that they want to rid their state of ALL vaccine mandates. We will make it all 50 states. Also, with the President’s press conference pointing out many truths about the CDC vaccine schedule. The CDC vaccination schedule is Child Abuse!

My daughter’s life was destroyed and eventually killed due to vaccine mandates to attend college. My two children were born in the early 1980s and neither of them I took to the doctors for boosters’ vaccination to attend school. They both went through grades K to 12 with no booster shots and they were perfectly healthy. However, in 1998, my daughter applied to go to college, and she was mandated to get all her childhood booster shots, all at once to attend college.

At that time, I had no idea of the dangers of vaccines, and I had no idea she could have gotten philosophical exemption, because we live in the state of Pennsylvania. I did not learn about the dangers of vaccines until 2020. I never gave my children boosters shots after they were a year old because instinctually, I knew they did not need any more shots after they turned 1 year old and this was before the 1986 Act.

Shortly after my daughter was forced to get those shots to attend college she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). She struggled with MS for over 20 years and passed away from complications of MS in December 2022. How Many Shots on the 2025 CDC Schedule?

In this video, Peggy Hall counts over 80 vaccines that are recommended by the CDC for children from birth to 18. This count does not included vaccines recommended to pregnant women and the annual flu shots. When you add those in there are well over 100 shots. Many of these vaccines are mandatory for a child to attend school.

I never pay any attention to mainstream News. I only watched the 1^st part of the press conference the other day because a friend told me I must watch it, she said it was historic. I watched the 1^st part with Trump, and I was impressed by what he said, the truth that he said about the vaccine schedule. Now I am just catching some of the mainstream headlines from that press conference.

As I had said to my friend, and others, politics and Truth do not mix, and they never will. Politics is meant to divide us, and Truth is meant to bring us together. That is why these Class Action lawsuits are so very important. It has nothing to do with politics. It is bringing vaccine injured families together, regardless of politics. Injured families standing up for the LAW! Our Class Action lawsuits are all about the LAW, it has nothing to do with science.
