I am organizing a coalition of vaccine injured families to finally put an end to ALL vaccine mandates nationwide. We are joining in two Historic Class Action lawsuits against the federal and state governments. Our Class Action lawsuits are all about the LAW, nothing to do with scientific proof or medical evidence.
I am a mother whose daughter was injured and eventually killed by college vaccine mandates. She was injured by college vaccine mandates in 1998 and died from those injuries in 2022. I am organizing two Class Action lawsuits with 1000s of other vaccine injured families. These Class Action lawsuits are all about the law, we are doing something that has never been done before. We are using the federal law, the 1986 Act against them.
What I am doing will end all vaccine mandates for school attendance in this country. It’s NOT about winning in a corrupt court system; this is all about winning in the court of public opinion. The majority of people do not know about the Truth of the 1986 Act. The original purpose of the 1986 Act was to protect our children. People like RFK Jr., Del Bigtree, ICAN, and CHD that get millions of dollars in donations are NOT telling people this very important information.
When this information becomes public knowledge, that alone will put an end to vaccine mandates because when parents learn these facts, no parent will ever get their child vaccinated again. This is a grassroots movement, launched by a mother/grandmother living on Social Security. That is why I am creating a fundraiser for this mission. This mission is to save our children from unlawful and unconstitutional vaccine mandates.
The government will never do this and the ‘so-called’ health freedom movement that supports vaccines will never do this. Both RFK Jr. and Del Bigtree are adamantly Pro-Vaxxed. All they want are ‘Safer Vaccines’, which do not exist. Poison can never be made safe for the human body, especially for an infant. By promoting safer vaccines all they are doing is making Big Pharma richer and harming more children. Only ‘We the People’ can put a stop to this, the government and people like Del Bigtree never will. I challenged Del to have a conversation with me, he will not respond; he is afraid of me.
I have over 500 families wanting to join these Class Action lawsuits and a Constitutional Law attorney, working with us. We are just getting started and there will be 1000s of families on board. I have been told by several independent journalists that this is ‘Powerful Information’, and ‘A Game Changer’. Also, a well-known person in the Freedom movement, G. Edward Griffin, said this is an ‘Excellent Move’.
These Class Action lawsuits are all about the Law, not science or medical proof of anything. Science lies all the time, and the court system is completely corrupt when it comes to vaccine injuries. Therefore, we are NOT going that route. We are sticking with the letter of the Law, that cannot be disputed.
We are going to keep it simple. All 50 states’ governments are breaking the law. The US Government’s official and legal declaration on vaccines is that ALL Vaccines are Unsafe. Therefore, no Unsafe product can be mandated. However, all 50 states’ governments are mandating vaccines for school attendance. This is unlawful and Unconstitutional.
Secondly, the Federal government has been granting liability protection illegally to Big Pharma for 39 years. The pharmaceutical manufacturers have a list of stipulations and safety provisions that they MUST do first before receiving liability protection from vaccine injuries and deaths. However, Big Pharma has NEVER done any of those stipulations or safety provisions. Therefore, they have been granted liability protection illegally for 39 years. This must stop!
Most people do not know this Truth! Even many attorneys are shocked to learn this TRUTH! Imagine how shocked the general public will be when they learn this. That is a big part of our case is getting this information out to the public. Public awareness will do the work for us. We will win in the court of public opinion and parents will stop complying with unlawful mandates.
This is a TRUE grassroots movement, driven by the families that have been injured and harmed by vaccines. We are already making great progress and NOW is the perfect time because the issue of vaccines is mainstream News and the Governor and Surgeon General of Florida announced that they want to rid their state of ALL vaccine mandates. We will make it all 50 states. Also, with the press conference about Autism, pointing out many dangers about the CDC vaccine schedule. The CDC vaccination schedule is Child Abuse!
